Picture Analysis Spiegel

In the last picture analysis, you learned that people try to convey certain messages by means of pictures. In order to achieve this, terrorism always needs the media, because terrorists always miss their mark without sufficient publicity. That means that terrorism thrives on staging attacks spectacularly. That way, they can be sure that the press will report about them. What terrorists can’t influence is how they are reported on. The political weekly magazine “Der Spiegel” will now give us an example of exactly this question:
